The INI File Editor is an application for editing files with the .INI extension using a simple two pane view; where INI Sections are listed on the left and corresponding Fields and Values are listed on the right.
Users can create and modify section, fields and their values.
One of the first applications I wrote in c# to get to grips with the language to do some simple file handling and string manipulation.
